Important Deadlines

  • ​July 1st: 4-H Dog Project ID Affidavit & Vaccination Verification must be uploaded to 4-H Online

    • Find the Verification Form here​​​

Dog Show Practice: Tuesdays at 6:30pm

Requirements for Dog Project in 4-H

Required vaccinations for dog:

  • Current rabies vaccinations

  • Current DHLPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Leptospirosis, Parainfluenza, and Parvovirus)

  • Current Bordetella vaccination

 

With the expectation of Rabies, specific vaccination requirements can be waived if the veterinarian:

  • Does not give Leptospirosis

  • Follows AAHA recommendations
