Adults

Adults are expected, when working with 4-H youth, to conduct themselves in a manner which reflects a positive role model for the youth. Adults working with 4-H members and exhibitors are under an affirmative responsibility to do more than avoid improper conduct or questionable acts. Their moral values must be so certain and positive that hose younger and more pliable will one by their fine example.
